John Hagerty has extensive experience in consumer insights and strategic advisory roles, serving AARP since April 1995 in various positions, including Director of Consumer Insights, Senior Strategic Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Database Marketing Manager, and Marketing Analyst. Prior to AARP, John worked at the United States Postal Service as an Assistant Product Manager from May 1992 to April 1995. John holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business (1991-1993) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Kalamazoo College (1984-1988).
