Kavita Joshi

Kavita Joshi is a seasoned Program Manager in Training and Technology at AARP, with a tenure beginning in June 2012. In this role, Kavita has led the development and implementation of training programs for over 70 providers, impacting approximately 220,000 agents by ensuring they have the latest industry knowledge to effectively serve customers aged 50 and above. Prior to this position, Kavita served as a Training and Technology Analyst at AARP, focusing on creating training to enhance member experiences and overseeing the production of courses. From December 2009 to June 2012, Kavita worked as a Human Resource Development Specialist for NASA at Aspen of DC, Inc., managing training for 5,000 scientists and employees and ensuring compliance with training standards. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Management of Textiles from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Mumbai, and a Diploma in Fashion Designing from JD Institute of Fashion Technology in Mumbai, India.
