Kelly Waldron

Kelly Waldron is an experienced professional in business optimization and nonprofit management, currently serving as a consultant at AARP since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading consulting engagements and enhancing organizational performance. Prior to this, Kelly held various senior roles at United Way Worldwide from September 2014 to June 2022, including Sr. Director of Product Strategy, overseeing a $30 million international grant program, and Director of Corporate Relations, managing relationships with Fortune 100 companies. Earlier experience includes a Corporate Citizenship Manager position at Deloitte from September 2007 to September 2014, where Kelly implemented community engagement strategies and enhanced corporate citizenship efforts. Kelly’s career began as an AVP at AllianceBernstein. Education includes a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from The Johns Hopkins University, an MPA from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
