Renee Sontheimer

Renee Sontheimer, CTT, currently serves as Sr Director of HR Technology and Shared Services at AARP since October 2020, leading global HR technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Renee held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources Technology & Compliance at ICF from January 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing HR technology strategies and applications such as Workday HCM. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Systems Manager at Dell, where oversight of HR applications and integrations was a key focus, and various roles in consulting and HR management. Renee began a career in HR as Human Resources Manager at SETA, managing departmental functions and implementing cost-saving measures. Educational background includes a BA in English Writing from George Mason University.
