Rosie Narcisse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a FEMA APP Reservist since December 2016, Rosie is also a Small Business Owner at Imagine Your Dream Destination and Mama Recipes, focusing on competitive travel products and baked goods. As an AARP Volunteer Smart Driver Safety Instructor, Rosie facilitates safety courses and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at All Natur'el Smoothies since April 2008, offering nutritious smoothies and snacks. Additionally, Rosie has over two decades of experience as a Certified Balloon Artist and previously volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children.
