Tobey Oliver

Tobey Oliver is a Health Policy Advisor with extensive experience in the field. They have served as the Director and Senior Policy Advisor at AARP's Public Policy Institute from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Tobey worked as a Health Insurance Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from 2016 to 2022 and as a Research Scientist in Health Care Research at NORC from 2013 to 2016. They also held the position of Assistant Attorney General in the Family Services Division of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia from 2006 to 2012. Currently, Tobey is pursuing a J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, along with a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
