Heather Jones

Heather Jones has over 25 years of experience in business and human resources, currently serving as Business Manager at Aarsleff Ground Engineering Ltd since November 1997. Prior roles include HR Business Manager and Business & HR Manager at the same company. Heather's career began at Newark & Sherwood District Council as an Administration Officer from 1984 to 1988, followed by a position as Parish Clerk at Odiham Parish Council from 1991 to 1995. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Social Sciences from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business, Social Sciences & Psychology from Kesteven & Sleaford High School for Girls.
