Krishan Gaurav Shukla

Krishan Gaurav Shukla currently serves as the HR Group Head (Zone 1) at Aarti Industries Ltd., overseeing HR, ER, and Administration functions for six manufacturing plants in South Gujarat and Maharashtra since December 2023. Prior to this role, Krishan was the HR Operations Head and Master HRBP at JSW Steel, responsible for the Hire to Retire process for approximately 5,000 on-roll employees from June 2022 to December 2023. Additionally, Krishan accumulated extensive experience at UltraTech Cement as General Manager and HOD - HR, managing HR operations across five large manufacturing sites and the corporate office over a 17-year tenure. Krishan is pursuing a PhD in Talent Management and holds a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources, along with diplomas in Training and Development.
