Sudip Das

Sudip Das has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting as an Engineer at Voltas Limited in 2003, they progressed to managerial positions in HR at RPG Group, SBI General Insurance, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, and currently serves as the Head of Talent Management, Total Rewards, Corp Comm & HR Digital at Aarti Industries Ltd. Throughout their career, Sudip has been instrumental in driving talent management, HRBP, and strategic people programs within organizations.

Sudip Das completed their B.Tech in Textile from the University of Calcutta in 1999-2003. Sudip later pursued their MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2007-2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Critical Thinking" in 2019 and "Presenting Technical Information with Stories" in 2020 from LinkedIn.
