Prior to this role, Youp held the position of Floor Manager at Vendex KBB from September 1987 to August 1989. Educationally, Youp completed a Management degree at Olof Scholengemeenschap between 1985 and 1987, following the attainment of a Havo degree from Markenhage scholengemeenschap, where studies occurred from 1978 to 1985.
