Aakanksha Yadav is an accomplished organizer with extensive experience in event management and public relations. Currently serving as an Organizer, Committee Head for External Affairs and Sponsorship & Marketing at Aaruush, SRM University, Aakanksha demonstrates strong skills in guest handling, stalls management, and pitching for events. As Under Secretary General and OC Member-PR for the SRM Indian Energy Conference, Aakanksha contributed to the successful organization of the event, with involvement in various domains including marketing and sponsorship. Aakanksha has also held roles in the Game Developers Community SRM and interned at DRDO, where work focused on a facial recognition project. Education includes a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Gaming Technology from SRM IST Chennai, as well as schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya and The Air Force School.

Aaruush is the student-run, official Annual Techno-Management Fest of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. Team Aaruush is an ever-expanding family of talented individuals, who are on the path to becoming pioneers in their fields. Aaruush comprises 14 domains, which provide a platform to showcase and innovate a multitude of ideas which range from Architecture to Medical Sciences, Entrepreneurship to Robotics, and Game Development to Aeromodelling. The cohesive structure which connects the Domains is the 12 committees of Aaruush alongside Team Envision and Team Outreach. Aaruush organizes several workshops, expos, conferences, luminary hours and non-profit initiatives to facilitate the general progress of human society with a footfall of 72,000+ and online following of 60,000+.
