Fran Blanco is a Customer Support Manager with a robust background in establishing and optimizing contact centers, enhancing standard operating procedures, and driving performance through data-driven KPIs. With experience as a Customer Support Team Leader at Mansion Group Limited from 2019 to 2023, Fran led successful operational launches and managed a team to achieve high productivity levels. Earlier, they served as an APAC Operations Supervisor at National Pen, where they led a team to exceed performance goals. Currently, Fran is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at EAE Business School.
