Michael Murtagh

Michael Murtagh has a comprehensive work experience in the field of regulatory affairs. Michael started their career as a Quality Control Analyst at BioMarin in 2003, and later joined California Autism Foundation as a Board Member in 2010. In 2004, they returned to BioMarin as a Director of Regulatory Affairs, a role they held until 2015. Michael then joined Astellas Gene Therapies and held various positions including Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs from 2015 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Vedere Bio II as a Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Currently, they are working at AAVantgarde Bio in the same capacity.
