Manish Kate

Manish Kate is an experienced professional in the technical management field, currently serving as National Head Technical at Aavas Financiers Ltd since October 2024. Prior to this role, Manish held the position of National Technical Manager at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK from August 2022 to October 2024, overseeing the valuation portfolio for the home loan business. Manish also worked at ICICI Home Finance Co. Ltd as Zonal Technical Manager from January 2010 to August 2022, managing technical operations in the West and East zones from Mumbai. Earlier, Manish gained experience as a Senior Engineer at IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd from April 2005 to December 2009. Manish earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Babsaheb Naik College of Engineering, Pusad, between January 1995 and January 1999.
