Katya Ternopolska

Katya Ternopolska has a diverse range of work experience. Katya started their career in 2020 as a Board of Directors Treasurer at Campus Cooperative Residence Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing the financial management of a co-operative student housing community. In 2020, they also worked as a Marketing Analyst at Maple, a blockchain-powered institutional capital marketplace. At Maple, they gained experience in undercollateralized lending and fixed-income opportunities.

In 2021, Katya took on the role of Creative Destruction Lab Student Associate at Maple, where they assisted in various projects related to entrepreneurship and technological innovation.

In 2022, Katya joined Rift Finance as the Marketing Lead, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Currently, they work for Aave Companies as a DeFi Integrations Business Development Manager, starting in August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for forming partnerships and driving business development efforts in the decentralized finance sector.

Through their various roles, Katya has gained expertise in marketing, business development, and financial management.

Katya Ternopolska has pursued an Advanced MBA Entrepreneurship Course with a Blockchain Stream at the Creative Destruction Lab. Katya also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto, specializing in Rotman Commerce.
