Gaurang Soni

Gaurang Soni is the Chief Technology Officer at Aavenir. Gaurang has over fifteen years of experience in the software engineering industry.

Soni started their career as a Project Trainee at eCN India Pvt. Ltd. in January 2004. There, they participated in the development of a CRM application and the Help Desk and Customer support application. In June 2004, they joined CyberDesign (India) Private Limited as a Software Engineer. While there, they worked on developing a back-office for managing stocks and participated in product enhancements, feature development, and bug fixing.

In July 2007, Soni joined iMANY as a Principal Software Engineer. Gaurang stayed with iMANY until September 2012 when they left to join Apttus as the Director of Product Engineering, Cloud Platform. Gaurang was with Apttus from October 2012 to June 2019.

Soni has been with Aavenir since July 2019 and currently serves as the company's Chief Technology Officer.

Gaurang Soni completed their Master of Computer Application at North Gujarat University and their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry at Gujarat University.

They are on a team with Megha Paradkar - Head of Professional Services & Client Engagement, Sunil Masand - SVP, Product Management, and John Hirsh - VP of Sales. Their manager is Jesal Mehta, Founder & CEO.
