Matt Cannon

Matt Cannon serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion at AB Agri since July 2019, leading the Talent Acquisition team and global D&I initiatives while partnering with Employee Network Group leads. Prior roles include Recruitment Manager at Bespak, where Matt designed and implemented an inhouse recruitment model, and Inhouse Recruiter at Envigo, focusing on talent sourcing for UK and European operations. Additional experience encompasses Senior Resourcing Manager for Amazon's recruitment operations, Learner Engagement Manager at Real Time Training Group, and various positions in earlier career stages, including Business Development and Overseas Representative. Matt holds multiple CIPD qualifications, highlighting expertise in Human Resources Development and Management.
