Berny Umwali Shimirwa

Berny Umwali Shimirwa is a Junior System Administrator at AB Bank Rwanda since July 2020, responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, as well as providing first-level technical support to end-users. Prior roles include Full Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Representative at I-Style Ltd, and Sales and Marketing Assistant at RSSB, where Berny also completed an IT support internship. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Science in Information Technology from Mount Kenya University, expected in December 2023, and a Diploma in Information Systems from Akilah Institute, obtained in November 2019.
