Hubert Musangwa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of Information Technology. Hubert is currently the Head of Information Technology at AB Bank Rwanda since November 2022. Prior to that, Hubert worked at RwandAir Ltd where they held multiple roles including IT Manager, Deputy IT Manager, and IT Administrator from 2015 to 2022. Hubert also worked as a Database and Application Administrator at Rwanda Education Board from 2012 to 2015, and as a Software and User Support Engineer at Rwanda National Human Rights Commission in 2012. Additionally, Hubert has experience as a Teacher of Programming Courses at Ecole Saint Joseph le Travailleur from 2011 to 2012.

Hubert Musangwa earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Management from Adventist University of Central Africa, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Hubert has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they became an Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) 11g. In 2015, they gained certifications in MCSE: Data Platform, MCSA: SQL Server 2012, MCSD: Web Applications, and Programming HTML5 using JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft. In 2016, they completed the Koenig Course for Basic NetApp Configuration and Administration (BNCA) and the Koenig Course for Data ONTAP 7-Mode Administration (D7ADM). Additionally, they achieved the MCSE: Data Management and Analytics certification from Microsoft in 2016. In 2021, they completed the Inspiring Managers Programme offered by the Africa Management Institute. Hubert also holds certifications in Google IT Automation with Python Specialization and Google Data Analytics which they obtained in 2022. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Google Project Management and Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. It is worth noting that the completion dates for the MCSD certification are not provided.
