Kirk McClelland

Kirk McClelland worked as the Vice President and P. E. at AB Consultants, Inc. from January 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Director of the Office of Highway Development at the Maryland State Highway Administration from August 1982 to December 2012.
