Julia Bi is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in driving growth and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations (Fractional) at A/B Consulting since April 2025, Julia fosters business development and operational enablement for a boutique consulting firm. Previously, Julia held the role of Head of Business Operations at Orchard, a Series D real estate startup, where responsibilities included managing service offerings and refining go-to-market strategies. At Blue Apron, Julia advanced from Senior Manager of CX Strategy & Ops to Director of Product Strategy and Go To Market Lead, overseeing customer communications and strategic initiatives for a sizable support team. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Accenture as a Strategy Manager, where Julia led engagements focused on client acquisition and retention in the Technology and Financial Services sectors. Julia holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
