Alaa Bou Ghanem

Alaa BouGhanem is a seasoned entrepreneur and architectural professional, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of AB Group since June 2021, where responsibilities include setting the firm's strategic direction and managing operations. In January 2024, Alaa co-founded Cribia Capital Management, focusing on real estate development and capital management with an emphasis on sustainable investment. Alaa is also a member of EO Charlotte, requiring an annual company gross exceeding US$1 million. Previously, Alaa held the role of Associate Director at AIA Charlotte, contributed as an Architect and Architectural Designer at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, and managed warehouse operations at Priceless Store Fixtures.
