Paul Cornwell M.inst.R has a diverse range of work experience in the refrigeration industry. Paul began their career at McDonald Brown Ltd as a Service Supervisor and Commissioning Engineer, where they successfully managed a team and improved the performance of multiple sites. After that, they worked at EcoQuip Ltd as an Installation Manager, responsible for coordinating installations and on-site refurbishments. Paul then joined Denman Group as an Account & Commercial Manager before starting their own company, Refrigeration Project Management Ltd, where they provided project management and design services in the refrigeration industry. Paul then worked at INTEGRAL UK Ltd as a Business Development Manager and Account Manager, securing contracts and creating new opportunities for the company. Paul later joined Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd as a Refrigeration Business Manager, where they focused on developing and expanding the refrigeration business pillar of the company. After that, they worked at Daikin Europe as a Strategic Project Manager. Most recently, Paul is currently the Head of Refrigeration at The AB Group.

Paul Cornwell M.inst.R completed their education at the College of North West London from 1992 to 1995, obtaining an NVQ Level 2 RAC degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
