Olga Labutina

Olga Labutina currently serves as the Internal Communications and Change Management Manager at AB InBev Efes since April 2021. Prior to this role, Olga was the Internal Communications Manager for Russia and Eurasia at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included developing internal communications strategies to enhance understanding of company objectives. With over eight years of experience at Moët Hennessy as the Internal Communications Lead, Olga led the internal communication strategy and oversaw significant projects such as the Live Intranet. Earlier experience includes coordinating internal communications for Tele2 and working as a Consumer Marketing Specialist at AMK Management Services. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS and another Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation; HR Management from the University of the Humanities.
