Frederic Elias

Frederic Elias has extensive work experience in the sales and distribution industry. Frederic started their career in 1991 as a Service Supervisor at Weston Bakeries / Ready Bake, where they were responsible for managing service operations. In 1998, they joined Lallemand as Sales and Distribution Manager. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Key Accounts Manager at Puratos, where they managed key accounts and handled industrial bakeries and pastries in Eastern Canada. In 2006, they joined AB Mauri North America as a District Sales Manager for the North East USA and Canada. Frederic later served as the Director of Sales for Canada and eventually became the Vice President of Sales in 2015.
