Michael Purvis

Michael Purvis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as the Director of Sales, National Accounts at AB Mauri North America, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the District Sales Manager - Midwest at the same company from February 2016 to February 2022. Before joining AB Mauri North America, Michael worked as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager at Egg Innovations from September 2014 to February 2016. Michael also held various positions at CSM Bakery Solutions, including Key Accounts Manager - Midwest from March 2013 to September 2014 and Chicago Area Sales Representative from October 2009 to March 2013. Additionally, they worked as the Midwest Sales Manager at Natura Water for a brief period from March 2009 to October 2009. Prior to that, they had a role as a Sales Professional at inVentiv Health for a few months in 2008. Michael's earlier experience includes working as a Territory Sales Manager at US Foodservice from June 2005 to June 2008, and as a Multi-Unit General Manager at Ann Sather Restaurants and Catering from October 1999 to June 2005.

Michael Purvis attended Barrington High School from 1989 to 1993. After graduating from high school, they pursued a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Harper College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Following this, Michael went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Eastern Illinois University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
