Rick Oleshak has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rick is currently working as the Global Strategic Marketing Director at AB Biotek, where they lead marketing strategy, consumer insights, and communications for the fermentation solutions provider. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at AB Mauri North America, where they directed brand marketing strategy and innovation. Rick also has extensive experience in the beverage industry, having worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Anheuser-Busch, where they held various roles related to brand management and communications. Rick has also worked in sports communications and event management at organizations such as NASCAR, Orlando Magic, and Champion League Sports/Streetball Partners International. Rick started their career in sports information at Ohio University and briefly worked in media relations and sales at the Los Angeles Dodgers. Overall, Rick Oleshak has a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, and communications, with experience in both domestic and global roles.

Rick Oleshak earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Telecommunication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida between 1987 and 1991. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Sports Administration (MSA) degree at Ohio University from 1991 to 1992. Apart from their formal education, Rick Oleshak also obtained certifications in marketing. First, in July 2020, they completed a program titled "Elevating Marketing Excellence in Changing Times" at Kellogg Executive Education (Northwestern University). Then, in July 2022, they further enhanced their marketing skills with a certification called "EXCELLENCE IN MARKETING: NEW PERSPECTIVES IN MARKETING AND CUSTOMER INSIGHTS" from Kellogg Executive Education.
