Ignas Pliuskys

Ignas Pliuskys has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Ignas started their career as a Financial Markets Analyst at Hansa Investment Management in June 2006. Ignas then joined Snoras Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager in December 2007 before moving on to SEB Investment Management in August 2008. At SEB Investment Management, Ignas held multiple roles including Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer, and Member of the Board from December 2011 to July 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Risk at SEB Lietuvoje, a position they have held since July 2019.

Ignas Pliuskys completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, from 2003 to 2006. From 2007 to 2009, they became a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute. In 2022, Ignas attended the Inspirational Leadership Program at IMD. Ignas is also planning to obtain the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2023.
