Inga Miliauskiene has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Inga is currently the Head of Private Banking and Investment Department at SEB Lietuvoje since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds Consultant starting from August 2021. In 2022, they were the Head of Financial and Business Advisory at Grant Thornton Baltic - Lithuania. From 2018 to 2023, Inga held the position of Senior Lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics, teaching various modules. Inga has also worked as the Head of Business Development at kevin. from March to October 2022. In their earlier career, Inga worked at EBRD as a Banker in Equity Funds from September 2017 to August 2021. Inga was also the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of INVEGA (Investment and Business Guarantees Agency) from February to September 2017. In 2014-2016, they served as the Managing Director of the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, focusing on the promotion of the VC business. Inga started their career as a Lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics in 2012. Prior to that, they held positions at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, including Head of Financial Instruments Division and Vice Chair of the Council Working Group on Export Credits.

Inga Miliauskiene's education history includes a BA in Economics from Vytautas Magnus University, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Inga then pursued an MA in Economics from Middlesex University, completed between 2005 and 2007. In 2020, Inga completed a course in Data Analysis for Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Inga has also obtained additional certifications, including Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Lithuania in 2023, and various certifications related to private equity and corporate governance from institutions such as the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) and Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
