Joshua Kazarian

Joshua Kazarian has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Joshua currently works as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at AB Staffing Solutions, starting in May 2022.

Prior to that, Joshua gained experience in the sports industry through internships with the Arizona Coyotes and Arizona Diamondbacks. At the Coyotes, they served as a Foundation Game Night Intern from December 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they played a crucial part in fundraising efforts for the Arizona Coyotes Foundation, contributing to over $800k raised. Joshua assisted with various activities, such as the 50/50 raffle, Zamboni rides, sales of charitable items, and silent auctions. Additionally, Joshua trained and managed volunteers from non-profit organizations on raffle software and selling equipment.

Before their time with the Coyotes, Joshua worked as a Guest Services Representative for the Arizona Diamondbacks from March 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they provided excellent customer service to guests during games with crowds ranging from 12,000 to 20,000 people. Joshua handled guest complaints, concerns, and seating or ticket issues in a professional manner, utilizing critical thinking skills.

Joshua's work experience also includes a role as a Sales Associate at Famous Footwear from July 2017 to March 2019. Joshua consistently met and exceeded weekly sales goals by selling top name brand footwear. Joshua developed strong customer service skills by interacting with a large number of customers on a weekly basis, and they collaborated with a team of associates to ensure smooth operations and display of products.
