Sara Catoni

Sara Catoni is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a board member at both Institutet Mot Mutor (The Swedish Anti-Corruption Institute) and Adda since 2022, Sara has been a board member at AB TRANSITIO since 2012 and holds the position of Chief Legal Officer/Director at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since January 2022. Previously, Sara contributed significantly to Trafikförvaltningen, Region Stockholm, where roles included Deputy Head of Administration, Director of the Management Staff, Acting Head of Administration, and CEO for SL and Waxholmsbolaget from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, Sara served as General Counsel at AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik from 2006 to 2014 and practiced as a lawyer at Advokatfirman Vinge from 1998 to 2006 after earning an LL.M in Law from Uppsala University in 1998.
