Kate O'Mahony

Kate O'Mahony is an experienced innovation and marketing professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Innovation Manager at AB World Foods Ltd since May 2024, O'Mahony was previously an Innovation Marketing Manager at KP Snacks from November 2019 to August 2023. Prior roles include Retailer Brand Product Manager and Innovation Manager at Burton's Biscuit Company, as well as Concept Developer positions at Bigham's and Food Business Development Company. O'Mahony also worked as a Senior Sensory Researcher at Unilever and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Nottingham.
