Jessica Sol is a seasoned commercial director with extensive experience at AB Zuid-Holland since July 2009, where leadership of a commercial team across four locations and strategic planning are key responsibilities. Jessica also has held interim roles, including General Director, and has a background in sales management and team coordination, overseeing multiple teams and staff in the agricultural sector. As the owner of Gewoon Goed Leiderschap since November 2020, Jessica focuses on enhancing leadership qualities and team optimization for entrepreneurs and managers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hogeschool Rotterdam and an ongoing Executive MBA from Nyenrode Business University, complemented by various specialized training in personal effectiveness and management assistance.
