Chhengaun Heang

Chhengaun HEANG is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, recruitment, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Staff Planning Unit at ABA Bank since September 2022, Chhengaun previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at CamHR Jobs from July 2018 to May 2022 and served as Secretary General for The Insurance Association of Cambodia from December 2016 to July 2018. Early career roles include Workcamp Leader at Cambodian Youth Action from October 2011 to May 2014 and English Teacher at both the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Vanda Institute of Accounting. Chhengaun possesses a Master’s degree in Enterprise Management from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and a Bachelor of Education from the Institute of Foreign Languages.
