Leng SEM is the Head of the Property Research Unit within the Collateral Management Department at ABA Bank, where they currently oversee data gathering and valuation processes. With over 10 years of experience in the Cambodian real estate sector, Leng has held notable positions including Senior Leasing Executive at Century 21 Mekong and Senior Valuation Executive at Keystone Property Consultants. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Human Resources University and have enhanced their skills with additional training in computer and English communication. Throughout their career, Leng has specialized in property brokerage, valuation, and market research.
