Zhiger Atchabarov

Zhiger Atchabarov has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Zhiger started their career in 2007 at BTA Bank JSC in the Structured and Trade Finance Department role. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at JSC Temirbank as the Head of Financial Institutions. In 2014, they joined ABA Bank as the Head of International Relations before being promoted to the role of Chief International Operations Officer, where they contributed to making ABA Bank the largest and most profitable bank in Cambodia. In 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at ABA Bank. Additionally, in 2021, Zhiger Atchabarov became a Member of the Board of Governors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham).

Zhiger Atchabarov completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics and Management from Kazakh-British Technical University between 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended School 34 in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 1995 to 2002.
