Kristen Daneker

Kristen Daneker, MS, BCBA, currently serves as the Executive Director at ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Kristen was the Vice President of Clinical Services at First Children Services from January 2021 to June 2025, where oversight of programming, operations, and staffing across Pennsylvania was provided to facilitate growth and financial objectives. Kristen also held positions at Exceptional Learning LLC, including Executive Director and Behavior Specialist Consultant, and served as Assistant Director of Educational Services and Behavior Analyst at Melmark. Kristen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
