Raquel Ibáñez Minguillón

Raquel Ibáñez Minguillón is a seasoned professional in educational support and cultural management, currently serving as the Responsable de soporte al estudiante at ABA English since April 2016. With a strong background in team coordination and user satisfaction strategies, Raquel progressed from an Agente de soporte to a leadership role within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at Toulouse Business School as an Asistente Relaciones Exteriores, managing newsletters and copy corrections, and as a Relaciones Públicas for Freixenet, where Raquel facilitated tours and managed bookings. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Gestión Cultural from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and a Bachelor's in Traducción e Interpretación from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, complemented by specialized training in SEO, Design Thinking, and digital content dissemination.
