Michael Jeans MSc MCIPS has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and materials management fields.
Michael started their career at ABB as a Production Planner from 2000 to 2003.
Michael then moved to GE Energy Connections, where they served as a Lean Six-sigma Black belt from 2004 to 2006, optimizing business processes and providing training and mentorship in supply chain and Lean manufacturing.
Following that, they took on the role of Material Manager at GE Energy Connections' manufacturing plant in Groby Leicester, UK from 2006 to 2007, overseeing purchasing, production planning, stores, and logistics departments.
