Tim Weimer

Tim Weimer has extensive work experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Tim currently holds the position of Director of Global Supply Chain at Abaco Systems, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's supply chain operations on a global scale. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Abaco Systems.

Before joining Abaco Systems, Tim served as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain at HME, where they played a key role in streamlining purchasing and planning processes. Tim implemented a pull system and reduced line shortages without affecting inventory.

Tim also held the position of Director of Supply Chain Management at Benchmark Electronics, Inc., where they streamlined purchasing, planning, warehouse management, and logistics processes. Tim identified growth areas and implemented targeted strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Earlier in their career, Tim worked as the Director of Global Supply Chain Management at MRV Communications, overseeing global operations for forecasting, production, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and cost accounting. Tim led the global implementation of an Oracle ERP system.

Tim's work experience also includes a role as a Manufacturing Operations Manager at Quality Logic and a Materials Manager at ECI Telecom/Telematics.

Tim Weimer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Lutheran University. In May 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from LEANwRIGHT.
