Sean Barkman

Sean Barkman is a partner at Ballast Point Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in providing growth capital to private companies in the Southeast and Texas since August 2011. In addition to this role, Sean serves on the boards of several companies, including Viirtue, Inc., Keen Decision Systems, SPOTIO, and Abacode Cybersecurity & Compliance. Sean's previous board positions include tenure at the Florida Venture Forum and SkuVault. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst in the Technology Group at Raymond James Financial. Sean holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BSBA in Finance from the UCF College of Business.
