Alejandro Baruh has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. In 2021, they began working as an FP&A Operations at Abacum, a Y-Combinator startup. In this role, they developed financial models, identified process and operational improvements, managed small and medium-sized projects, and performed ad-hoc business analysis and performance reporting. In 2020, they worked as a Private Equity Associate at 7RIDGE, a private markets asset manager. In this role, they performed financial and valuation analysis of target companies, and created investment materials and presentations. In 2018, they worked as a Sr. Private Equity Research Analyst at CRISIL Argentina, where they conducted market research, created industry profiles, and provided discrete deliverables. In 2016, they worked as an MBA Intern at NoiseMedium, where they conducted market research, designed two digital products, and developed a marketing plan. In 2012, they worked at ExxonMobil in two roles: a Global SAP Agreement consultant and a Management Trainee Program. In the former role, they monitored spend and performance of 1500 procurement agreements, launched a global digital platform, designed an agreement excellence center group logo, coordinated process and group onboarding sessions, led safety training sessions, and supervised company safety procedures. In the latter role, they led a project to create a Microsoft Access Database. Finally, in 2010, they worked as a Ski Instructor at Loon Mountain Resort.
Alejandro Baruh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad de Belgrano in 2013. ALEJANDRO then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2015 to 2017. In 2018 and 2019, they completed a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad del CEMA. Additionally, in August 2019, they earned a certification in Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from Coursera.
