Jason Dugas has a wealth of experience in sales and business development. Jason began their career in 2012 as an Account Executive at Institutional Pharmacy Solutions, where they sold a comprehensive product line of pharmaceutical grade topical pain creams and increased their book of business to 50+ accounts. In 2014, they joined Republic National Distributing Company as an Off-Premise Sales Representative, where they managed and called on 100+ accounts of various sizes and increased assigned market sales growth by over 20% each quarter. In 2018, they became Regional Sales Manager at Bacchus Boutique Wine Distributor, where they increased the total number of accounts in the Louisiana market by 300% and doubled the market share in existing accounts. In 2019, they joined StretchLab Franchise as Sales Manager, where they managed all aspects of efficient studio sales operations and functions and was awarded Studio of the Year 2020. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Sauce Labs as a Sales Development Representative, where they were awarded Top Ramping Sales Development Representative (North America) with 189% quota attainment for Q1 2022 and Sales Development Representative Culture Carrier Q2 2022. Jason also achieved 100% quota attainment for Q2 2022.
