Geetika Suresh

Geetika Suresh has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Summer Intern role at Kuwait National Petroleum Company in 2013. In 2014, they were a Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, where they completed a project on Naptha Hydrotreatment and Isomerization unit. In 2015, they were a Summer Intern at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions Oil & Gas Ltd., where they studied various diesel hydrodesulfurization processes and researched alternative methods. In 2016, they were a Project Management Intern at Golden Palm Petroleum Services Co., WLL. In 2017, they were a Process Engineer at GULF SPIC Engineering (L.L.C.), where they were involved in the designing of a new gathering center and crude oil and gas processing unit. In 2018, they were a Data Analyst at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they reported daily on returned survey data and identified data sets, source data, and data formats. In 2021, they were an Associate Software Engineer at emids. Currently, they are a Data Engineer at Abacus Insights.

Geetika Suresh obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University between 2012 and 2016. Geetika then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Data Science & Engineering Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 2017 and 2019. In March 2021, they also obtained a Python Quick Start certification from LinkedIn.
