Gokul Varadharaj

Gokul joined Abacus as one of its initial leaders to drive the product and business alliances strategy. He currently serves as VP of Client Solutions for Abacus. He is a seasoned Payer business and technology operations executive, with over 12 years of experience in Payer Strategy and Operations roles.

Prior to Abacus, Gokul led major strategic initiatives at Horizon BCBSNJ to enable the organization’s successful push towards Fee for Value in New Jersey. He was also part of the Booz and Co. (now PWC) core Payer team that helped clients successfully navigate and transform their business models to thrive post-ACA (Affordable Care Act). He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University, India.
