Mark Johnston

Mark Johnston is currently a board member at Abacus Medicine. Prior to this, they were a director at Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker from May 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they were a director at Nordic Capital from December 2017 to May 2018, and an investment manager at Nordic Capital from May 2013 to December 2017.

Johnston began their career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in July 2011, before moving to FIH Erhvervsbank A/S as CFO assistant in March 2011. Mark then interned at UBS Investment Bank in London in June 2010.

From July 2009 to January 2010, Johnston was chairman's assistant at Falck and KOMPAN A/S. Mark then became an associate at C.P. Dyvig & Co. in February 2010 before being promoted to senior analyst at Nordic M&A in September 2008.

Mark Johnston has a MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Mark also has a graduate diploma in finance from Copenhagen Business School.
