Susan Olson

Susan Olson is the current Director at Abacus Wealth Partners. Susan has over 20 years of experience in administration and management. Susan served as the Executive Director of Sebastopol Independent Charter School for eight years, where they were responsible for all HR matters, strategic planning, budget management and forecasting, public relations, safety, student discipline, programming, and otherwise managing a community of 1,000 students, parents, employees, and volunteers. Prior to that, they were the Administrator at Pasadena Waldorf School, where they oversaw all administrative staff and operations matters, including budget, admissions, physical plant, safety, community relations, communications, and Board leadership selection. Susan is a highly skilled administrator with a proven track record of success in both the public and private sector.

Susan Olson has a B.A. from Carleton College in Political Science, Education, an M.S. from Claremont Graduate University in Human Resources Design/Organizational Psychology, and an M.A. from University of California, Los Angeles in Geography. Susan also has an AA from Santa Rosa Junior College in French Language. Susan is certified as a Financial Planner from the CFP Board and as a Divorce Financial Analyst from the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts. Susan is also registered with FINRA as a Series 65 holder.
