Aram Baloyan

Aram Baloyan has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with expertise in client technical services, trading floor support, technical support leadership, system administration, and second-level support. Aram started their career at MetLife in 1995, where they served as a Second Level Support specialist until 1998. Aram then joined Merrill Lynch as a Senior System Administrator from 2000 to 2003. Baloyan then worked at Banc of America Prime Brokerage from 2006 to 2010, where they held the role of Technical Support Lead. Following that, they joined TIAA-CREF as a Sr. Trading Floor Support Specialist from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Baloyan is working at Abacus Group as a Client Technical Services expert, a position they have held since 2013.

Aram Baloyan pursued their higher education from 1986 to 1990 at Yerevan Engineering University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
