Konstantin Yudintsev

Konstantin Yudintsev has extensive experience in various roles within different companies. Konstantin worked as an International Business Development Manager at UnyBrands from November 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Franchise Owner of a Dodo pizza business from November 2017 to December 2021, where they successfully established the first Dodo pizza business in West Europe and implemented strategies to overcome challenges.

Konstantin also worked as a Project Manager at Network Fidelity from June 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles at Delrus, including Management Consultant from September 2012 to April 2020, Deputy General Manager from July 2009 to September 2012, Head of Moscow Sales Department and Operations from July 1998 to July 2009, and Key Account Sales Manager from May 1995 to June 1998.

Throughout their career, Konstantin achieved significant results, such as improving sales performance, implementing business process improvements, restructuring departments, and establishing new reporting standards. Konstantin also demonstrated strong leadership skills, building successful teams and overcoming challenges in the medical equipment and disposables industry.

Konstantin Yudintsev completed their undergraduate studies at Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky from 1990 to 1996, earning a Master's degree in Mathematics. After a gap of a few years, they pursued further education at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on international business, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.
