Graeme de Lyons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bereavement support, counselling, and community engagement. Since 2016, Graeme has held multiple roles at abandofbrothers, including Mentor Co-ordinator and Ritual Elder, while also serving as an Advisory Group member at Cornwall Bereavement Network since March 2020. As a Director of The Possibility Bus and Touch of Heart Healing, Graeme focuses on mobile community initiatives and healing practices. Other notable roles include Celebrant at Heartsong Ceremonies and Counsellor/group facilitator at addaction. Graeme’s educational background features a BA (Hons) in Counselling Studies from the University of Plymouth, alongside numerous certifications in shamanic practices and psychotherapy.
